UC Dublin is a world class university and has excellent academic reputation in the world, and graduating from here would certainly be a great deal!
The presence of top companies like Meta (Fb), Apple, Google, Microsoft, Twitter and Intel makes the demand for an HCI grad's expertise on interface development even more. According to the MSc HCI website on UC Dublin:-

Comparing UCD and DCU, both are top 5 universities in Ireland but UCD does outrank DCU by 300 globally (UCD-177, DCU-439). So I would prefer the better college out of the two!
