I am planning for this university because the tuition fee is very less and I have a friend who is already doing MS here. Does university really make a big difference while applying for the jobs? Please let me know if you have an idea on this.

Some people got admits to lamar without gre for cs and my friend also enquired in admission department, they said it is not required. Is it not true?
