My friends and I have recently secured a *3b2b* apartment with Living Room. Presently, we are group of 4 girls and looking for *1 Private spot and 1 Hall spot* (both offlease) within 2 weeks as we need to pay the remaining dues. 馃搷Location: 9 Chilcott - Jamaica Plain, Boston 馃搮 Availability: 1st Sept, 2024 to 31st Aug, 2025 馃挷 Rent: $1100 for private spot (Negotiable) and $500 for Hall Spot. 馃寠 Utilities included: Hot Water & Sewer *Roommates Preferences* 馃嵈 Food Preference: Eggetarians + occasional chicken (No Fish).
