Ashland University is a privately owned university in Ohio. It is a Christian university affiliated with the Brethren Church. It was founded in 1878. The university has four colleges: the College of Arts and Sciences, the Schar College of Education, the Dauch College of Business and Economics, and the Schar College of Nursing and Health Sciences. A Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree is offered here alongside other master’s degrees. The university has around 200 full-time faculty and the student-to-faculty ratio is 13:1.
