The closest underground station is CASCINA GOBBA (MM green line). From there the students can either take the shuttle train to HSR for which they will have to buy another ticket or take the 925 bus (direction Piazza Udine) which stops right in front of the university.

• The university's campus includes a School of Philosophy, a School of Psychology, a College for Allied Health Professions, an internationally recognized research institute, and a 1,300-bed hospital in the city of Milan.

• The UniSA Campus of the university is a community for students and conducts various sports activities and opportunities for solidarity and commitment.

• The personnel of the ICT office is at the disposal of the students to solve any internet access problem. The students have three classrooms with computers.

• The university is located on the same campus as the San Raffaele Hospital which is one of the biggest Hospitals in Milan.

• The library of the university is located on the first floor of the DEBIT building and has a consultation hall and also permits direct access to the material available to every user. There are around 40,000 volumes of periodicals and over 400 active subscriptions. The collection amounts to around 6,000 volumes.

• The UniSA sports club is a great way to meet new friends in a welcoming environment. The club teams include soccer, rugby, volley, tennis, and running. The university offers the opportunity to practice cheerleading, chess, and special events where the students can practice and play.

• Every year, the university organizes a musical Festival "IoCiSuono" where the students can sing or play their music. The UniSA Drama Club provides an acting class during all the academic years with a final performance. There are social speeches and debates organized. There is also an IDEA cultural group (LGTBQ).

The university provides on-campus accommodation facilities to the students.

The university has two dedicated student halls which are called the Cascina Melghera and Cassinella which are reconstructed.
